Registration fees:

Ordinary Delegates, including part-time students: R1000.00

Full Time Student (incl. post doc) (South African Citizen, Permanent Resident or Foreign National who is NRF-funded)and Part Time Students* with particular financial needs:  R200.00

*Please note that in order to qualify for the eligible student support (ie full support of travel and accommodation cost) as a Part Time Student with particular financial needs, you will need to email kerrie@icesolution.co.za a letter of motivation signed by your supervisor. Once approved by the Committee, you will be provided a link to register.

Nominal charges for these two events are R50.00 for Full Time Students and Part Time Students with particular financial needs, and R100 for other delegates, to be included in your registration fee should you wish to attend.

Travel and Accommodation Support - Application Process 

Full time South African students in the area of global change research who wish to receive full support of travel and accommodation costs need to submit an extended abstract (see Abstract guidelines).

Part time South African students with particular financial needs will need to submit an extended abstract and contact the organisers (as above) 

Please note that those who wish to present at the conference should have their abstracts ready for typing in or uploading when registering. Students applying for eligible student support are requested to submit an extended abstract.

Note that Full Time Students and Part Time Students with particular financial needs with approved extended abstracts who are from remote venues should please indicate on their registration that they are requesting special travel arrangements.
